“I wish Gumball would send us out here more often, aside from the thieves and random baddies, it’s pretty fun!”
“Yeah! I can’t get fishsticks like these anywhere else!” Cake hummed happily, over extending her jaw and devouring the skewer of fried fish in one bite.
Today the heroes of Aaa were sent to deliver a package to the Sand Kingdom, they asked no question and did their job though they were quite curious to know why the package was growling. They quickly learned to not be so curious when it came to royal exchanges.
As soon as they left the palace, they decided to have a shopping day in the marketplace. The town was buzzing with activity, people making bargains and trades. Foods, jewelry exotic weapons and potions for sale. It didn’t take long for their large satchel of money to dwindle away and Fionna’s backpack grew two sizes, filled with spoils of their shopping quest.
With a mouth full of fish, Cake forced out, “Sshhoo, how mush do we haff leff?”
“Only two silver pieces” Fionna sighed, holding the leather bag upside down, twin bent and dirty silver coins dropped into her grasp.
“Man that’s not enough for even one fried fish!” Cake pouted, staring longingly at the bare stick in her hand,”It was nice while it lasted…”
“But that’s just enough to get your fortune told!” a small tiny voice called out.
